Cooperation on investment project to export rice, process and supply rice from
the Kingdom of Cambodia to the market of Republic of China

I- Business Mission 1
– On 10th January 2023
Mr. Chhay Chinghenag, Founder/Chairma, lead his colleagues to attend a meeting to negotiate on the business plan between Chhay Chingheang Group Ltd., and Guizhou GuiAn Comprehensive Free Trade Zone Construction and Investment Co., Ltd., as the following:
- Discussion on Cambodian Rice Import Business and GUIZHOU GUIAN Regulatory area.
- Discuss how to implement bilateral trade
- Negotiations on a project to build a warehouse and a rice processing plant.
- Discussing on agreement and related cooperation law.
– On 12th January 2023
Mr. Chhay Chingheang continued to led his colleagues to attend the meeting in Guiyang, Guizhou Province, and achieved for the first step agreement, including:
- Chhay Chingheang Group has signed a five-year rice supply agreement with Guizhou GuiAn Comprehensive Free Trade Zone Construction and Investment Co., Ltd., which is expected to export 240,000 – 600,000 tons of rice per year.
- Chhay Chingheang Group has been granted the right from Guizhou GuiAn Comprehensive Free Trade Zone Construction and Investment Co., Ltd. to install rice processing plant for distributing rice in the China market, located in Guizhou GuiAn Comprehensive Free Trade Zone.
II- Business Mission 2
– On 6th March 2023
Participation in bilateral meeting for installing rice processing plant in Guizhou GuiAn Comprehensive Free Trade Zone Construction and Investment Co., Ltd., to produce at least 200,000 tons of rice per year.
– On 8th March 2023
Visiting rice processing plant in China
III- Business Mission 3
– On 15th June 2023
Participation in the signing ceremony of investment agreement between five companies, in which Chhay Chingheang Group signed an agreement on the import and processing of brown rice with over 5 years under the Chairmanship of the Free Trade Zoon Management Committee (Customs Warehouse) Guizhou Guan An.
IV- Business Mission 4
– On 25th July 2023
To continue for strengthening the growth of cooperation and learn more about administration, operations, finance, accounting, public relations for investment process. Mr. Chhay Chingheang, led his staff to visit Gui’an, Guizhou and attend the meeting with senior officers related to the investment activities of the rice processing plant and continue to discuss and learn more about the operation process with custom officers too. (export-import, tax officers, trade relations officers, etc.)
V- Signing on purchase and sale agreement of fragrant rice
– On 16th December 2023
Guizhou Zhong Jian Rice Industry Co., Ltd., is a subsidiary of Chhay Chingheang Group Ltd., has signed an exclusive supply of fragrant rice to Guizhou Zhongkeyun Energy Co., Ltd., for selling rice 100,000 tons per year in China market for 10 years.
