was established in 2023 with Mr. Chhay Chingheang, Chairman of the Board of Directors, as a company exporting processed rice from the Kingdom of Cambodia to supply in the Chinese market, with the company headquartered in Lot 2, Guizhou GuiAn Comprehensive Free Trade Zone Construction and Investment Co., Ltd., Guizhou Province, China.

Our company has received a policy from the Cambodia Government to change the old location of Preah Sihanouk Provincial Court in Sangkat 3, Sihanoukville, Preah Sihanouk Province in exchange for the new location in Sangkat 1 Sihanoukville, Preah Sihanouk Province, with the construction of the Preah Sihanouk Provincial Court and the addition of the Preah Sihanouk Provincial Court of Appeal with high quality and beauty.

The company gained license by the Royal Government to allow investment partnerships with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries for planting. Agro-industrial crops and plantations to supply domestic and foreign markets on 7,838 hectares.
